Children’s Ministry
St. Mary of the Woods offers Children’s Liturgy of the Word at the 4PM, 9AM, and 11AM weekend Masses to children 5 years old through the 2nd Grade.
Children are taken to a space where they can sing, move, and interact with the Word of God and ask questions to learn about the Mass and our Faith.
Volunteer Catechists are trained and Safe Environment certified. Volunteers are always needed. If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer Catechist, please contact Emily Gipson at the Parish Office, 270-233-4196 or by email at emily.gipson@stmarywoods.com
Vacation Bible School
June 24-28, 8:30 am-11:30am
Register ages 4-6th grade!
If you want to help in any way take a look below.
Station Leader: You and another adult will lead the kids at a particular station.
Group Leaders: You and another adult will lead a group to and from each station.
Youth Volunteers: You will assist adults either at a station or for a particular group.
Stage Crew: This is for anyone who will help set up (Sunday) and take down (Friday) .
